Backorder Policy

We will contact you if items are back ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. There is a minimum $50.00 value to back order. Items that cost less than $50.00 will not back order but will be provided with a re-order date. Out-of-stock merchandise are generally back in stock within 15-30 days. Re-orders may be placed at the recommended re-order date.

Shipping Policies

Many orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our policy is to ship all orders by the 2nd business day. However if you need something quicker and guaranteed, express fees are available. If you would like an item shipped express please e-mail us at customersupport@bestcutlerysets.com for current shipping times and fees. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) UPS will not deliver to a P. O. Box - a physical address is required. Please allow extra shipping times for Christmas and other holidays.

Damaged Goods Policy

Contact us at customersupport@bestcutlerysets.com. At no charge to the customer UPS will be dispatched to inspect, pick up and ship the package back to the supplier. Upon receipt of the damaged goods a replacement will be shipped back to the customer.
